ClearView Research x Youth Endowment Foundation: Unveiling Insights and Solutions for Youth Empowerment

At ClearView Research, our mission is to shed light on the experiences and perspectives of marginalised groups which is why we are thrilled to share exciting news about our collaboration with the Youth Endowment Foundation (YEF), an organisation dedicated to preventing youth violence and promoting the well-being of young people.

YEF has been a beacon of hope in addressing the root causes of youth violence and our latest partnership aims to generate valuable insights from grantees', leadership and staff, focusing on the grassroots nature of their work and the racial equity focus of the fund. Racial equity can be defined as making sure everyone has a fair chance to do well, regardless of their race. It's about fixing things so that people from all racial backgrounds have equal opportunities and are treated fairly in society.

In essence, we are set to unravel the success stories, the challenges faced, and opportunities for improvement. The project is designed to examine what has worked, how it has worked, what hasn't, and most importantly, how it can be enhanced for the betterment of youth everywhere.By understanding the nuances of funding processes, particularly regarding racialised groups, we aspire to contribute to positive outcomes for youth across diverse communities.
