Meet the winners of THINC Pitch Night 2026

Four young people from Lambeth and Southwark pitched their ideas for healthier communities and won the funding to make it happen.

On 29 May 2026, the THINC Fund's Pitch Night brought together young changemakers, judges, mentors and supporters for one purpose: to put funding behind local ideas that improve health and wellbeing in Lambeth and Southwark.

Young people aged 16 to 30 had spent weeks in coaching, sharpening their projects and rehearsing their pitches.

On the night, they stepped onto the stage and made their case, and four walked away with funding totalling £30,000 to turn their vision into action.

Here are the winners:

Why it matters

THINC Pitch Night is the evolution of the THINC Fund's belief that the people closest to a problem are closest to the solution. Last year in Brixton and Peckham, the community chose where funding went by public vote.

This year, young local residents made their case live, but the principle is the same: local people, local ideas, real investment.

Thank you to every young person who pitched, to our judges and mentors, and to our partners across Lambeth and Southwark.
